omg i’ve been knitting

i finished a really simple scarf using Knit 1 Crochet 2’s Souffle in Antique Rose. you can see a crappy picture of it here. it was just long enough to wrap around my neck a couple of times. i wore it to work.

after putting it aside for many months, i’ve gone back to knitting my lilas cardigan. it’s finally starting to look like an actual cardigan, now that i’ve knitted past the armholes. i may add some short rows to shape the bottom back a little if i have enough yarn.

I love the herringbone stitch pattern used in this cowl! i think i will add it to my next project, which will be a simple cowl-necked sweater.

i also need to replace the fingerless mitts i lost while hiking in Tahoe… these leafy patterned mitts are really cute. a possibility.
