cardigans and pullovers

i’m at a bit of a crossroads with my crafting. i had two projects on the needles: a denim vest that is boring and a giant cowl that i was half done. last night i dropped a stitch on the cowl. it’s the herringbone stitch cowl and really, i couldn’t figure out how to pick up that stitch again. then i made such a mess of it that i wasn’t sure if i’d dropped more stitches. so, i’ve shelved that yarn for now. and just don’t want to go back to the denim vest yet.

i have many projects i want to start knitting… and even a new sewing machine to play with. but really, i just want to knit myself a cardigan or a pullover—if i could just decide which one, i could started!

first, there’s the windsor cardigan from knitscene’s summer 2011 issue:

then, there’s the classic and simple adelaide yoke pullover from Vintage Modern Knits.

new fashioned

and of course-i think i’ve mentioned these before-there are two cardigans from twist collective that i absolutely have to make: blue daisy and quintet.

so, what do you think, which should i knit first?
